Flatbread Pizza Dough Recipe With Yogurt

Adapted from my favorite pizza crust recipe, this homemade flatbread pizza bakes up into a thin and chewy base for your favorite flatbread toppings. Process until combined, about 5 seconds.

Cut the disk into 4 equal parts and flatten each part to about ¼ inch (6 mm) thick. 3⅔cups (500 grams) bread flour. When the pan is really hot, lay the flatbread in the pan and cook for 20 seconds, or until the flatbread is covered in brown spots (but not burnt!!)

You’ll need two mixing bowls. The dough should be tacky to the touch and should stick slightly to the sides of the bowl. Brush with evoo and bake at 500 for 8 minutes.
