Put the chicken into the remaining pesto sauce to coat it with the flavor. Spread the pesto on top of the baked crust then top with cheese, chicken and bell pepper slices. Brush grill grates with oil, and slide pizza dough onto grates.

Put the pizza in the oven for 35 minutes, or until the edges of the pizza are golden brown. Securely wrap and freeze unbaked pizza. Toss the chicken in the remaining pesto and add the chicken, then top with remaining mozzarella and the pine nuts.

Brush top of dough with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. With all the (equally) delicious flavours of chicken pesto pasta, this chicken, mushroom and pesto pizza is so much more. Plus it’s great for baking chocolate chip cookies on too!

Spoon a thin layer of the walnut pesto over the top and layer with the pepper jack cheese slices. Spread pesto to within 1/2 inch of edges of crust. Put the pizza in the oven and let it bake for at least 10 minutes.

Spread out the pizza dough into a circle and place on a pizza stone or peel. Top with garlic and mozzarella; Place the pesto onto the pizza dough and spread it around the surface of the pizza.

Spread pesto over your pizza crust. Add more cheese on top of the chicken to prevent drying of the chicken.
